Returns

We want you to feel confident when shopping at Well Selected. If your order isn’t quite right for you, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

To request a return, please contact us at wellselectedstore@gmail.com and let us know which item or items you would like to return.

Returned items should be sent back in the same condition in which they were received and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we will issue your refund to the original payment method.

Cancelling an order

Changed your mind before your order has been shipped? Please contact us as soon as possible at wellselectedstore@gmail.com.

We process orders quickly, so while we will always do our best to cancel your order before dispatch, we cannot guarantee cancellation once fulfilment has started.
