In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Well Selected, and “Customer”, “you” and “your” refer to the person placing an order.
These Terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights granted under applicable law.
2. Products
Well Selected offers carefully selected pre-owned clothing and accessories, as well as occasional unworn or brand-new items.
Most products are available as a single piece only.
We make every reasonable effort to accurately describe each item, including its brand, size, measurements, material, condition and any visible signs of wear or imperfections.
Due to the pre-owned nature of many products, minor signs of previous use may be expected. Characteristics clearly shown or described on the product page are considered part of the product’s stated condition.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings.
Measurements are taken manually and minor differences may occur.
Every branded item is carefully inspected, and we only offer items that we are confident are authentic.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the Customer’s market.
The final price, including applicable taxes and delivery costs, is shown during checkout before the order is placed.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing, stock or technical error. If payment has already been made, the Customer will receive a full refund.
4. Orders
An order is placed when the Customer completes checkout and submits the order with an obligation to pay.
The Customer will receive an order confirmation by email.
Products placed in the shopping cart are not reserved until the order has been successfully completed.
We may cancel an order if:
- the product is unavailable,
- payment cannot be authorised,
- incorrect delivery information has been provided,
- an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred,
- we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
If a paid order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued.
5. Delivery
We ship orders using tracked courier services.
Available delivery methods, prices and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout or in our Shipping Policy.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs procedures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers who are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving a reason.

The Customer bears the direct cost of return shipping unless the item is incorrect, damaged or non-conforming, or we have agreed otherwise.
Returned items must be securely packaged and returned in the same condition in which they were received. The Customer may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

8. Refunds
Following a valid withdrawal, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method.
The refund includes the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the order. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery option, such as express shipping, are not refundable.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item.
Refunds will be processed within the timeframe required by applicable law.

11. Governing law
These Terms and contracts concluded through the Store are governed by Polish law.
This does not deprive consumers residing in another country of any mandatory protection granted to them under the law applicable to their place of residence.

We may update these Terms due to changes in law, Store operations or available services.
The version applicable to an order is the version available at the time the order is placed.
